Welcome to Home Product Shop. Our dedicated team strive to ensure you have a great shopping experience; we select the best products at the best prices for you to choose from. All of our prices include VAT and Delivery to UK Mainland addresses, so there are no nasty surprises when you get to the checkout.
We are a family run business with years of experience in Sales, Rental and Service. We have been in the electrical and gas appliance retail business since the 1970’s on the High Street and have been trading online since the early nineties. Home Product Shop is the latest addition to our group using the newest technology to improve your shopping experience. We are part of Europe’s largest buying group, members or Retra (Radio Electrical and Television Retailers’ Association), member of the D.A.D. scheme (Dyson Approved Dealer), part of the “My Appliance Group” and authorised dealers for over 100 manufacturers.
Our Motto is “Value, Quality and Choice for you and your home”. We firmly believe that every product we sell is value for money and good quality whether it is an entry level model with all the necessary basic functions or a top of the range model bursting with extra features. With over 5000 products online and more being added every day you have a lot to choose from, our site has been designed to help you filter through the available products and choose the one that’s right for you, quickly and easily.
It doesn’t stop with choosing the product though, once you have decided what you want, you will want it delivered. We deliver virtually any where on the UK Mainland. We offer two levels of delivery, Free standard delivery which is usually 7-15 working days (slightly longer for Range Cookers and American Refrigeration) and Fast Track which is usually within a week for most items. When you select Fast Track you will receive a call from our ordering team within 2 working days of receiving your order and they will discuss the delivery arrangements with you, this is done before your card is actually debited so you do not have to proceed with the order if the dates are not acceptable or you can revert back to the Free service if you wish (Fast Track will always be 1 to 2 weeks quicker than the Free service). Whether you select the Free service or opt for Fast Track you will be contacted once the items are ready for dispatch so delivery can be arranged with you.
We have used all of our combined experience to create a clear easy to use site with a massive product range at good value and excellent quality. We truly believe that you will love shopping with us and will come back again. We may occasionally make mistakes because we are only human, but we think the Human Factor is extremely important even when you buy online and if something does go wrong we will do everything in our power to correct it.
