Delivery and Contact Details

Pre Christmas Delivery:

As we approach Christmas we recommend that you select Fast Track on all orders required before Christmas. Please note that many of the Manufacturers and Delivery Companies will close the week before Christmas and remain closed until the New Year (there will be limited deliveries between Christmas and the New Year on some items). If you select Fast Track you will receive a call from our ordering team within 2 working days of placing your order, they will be able to advise you of the Fast Track delivery and the Free Delivery timescale, if the Free Delivery is still possible before Christmas you may revert to that service and will not be charged for the Fast Track.

Delivery of most items is usually within 7-15 working days (please allow 10 – 20 working days for American Refrigeration and Range Cookers). You will receive a call within 7 - 10 working days of placing your order from the delivery company to book the exact date (or within 10-15 working days for American refrigeration and Range Cookers). These time scales are approximate and may vary slightly with different manufacturers.

In the event that the manufacturer advises a longer lead time than that quoted above we will contact you to advise you of the delay and discuss your options with you. We are aware of delays on some items, those items affected are listed at: http://www.homeproductshop.com/known_delays.asp

If at any time you wish to chase or enquire on an existing order please use the tracking form at http://www.homeproductshop.com/ordertracking.asp which is also linked from the top of every page. Please include your online order number (if you have received your invoice please include the Customer Number from the top left hand corner) and your Invoice Address post code.

Fast Track is available on most of the brands we offer, this is a faster delivery option and also includes delivery to room of choice, unpacking and inspection, and removal of unwanted packaging if requested (on some of the smaller items it is just a faster delivery service). If Fast Track is available it will be offered to you when you add your purchase to the shopping basket. There is a surcharge for Fast Track, in most cases there will be a discount for additional items on Fast Track from the same manufacturer which will be automatically applied in your shopping basket.

In most cases our Free Delivery service is a one man delivery to your door. If feel you may require a higher level of delivery service (2 man delivery to room of choice, unpacking etc) please select Fast Track on your purchase, you may discuss your requirements further with our ordering team when they contact you.

We can only arrange delivery to GB Mainland addresses. If you wish to order an item but do not live on the GB Mainland please use the Quote form to contact us and we will advise you of the available options.  (Please include the make and model of each item to be ordered and state in the Additional Information Box that you are enquiring on cost of delivery to a Non Mainland Address otherwise the response you receive will only include the standard delivery).

If you find a model listed on a manufacturers site but can't find it listed on our site please click here to enquire on it.
