How to track your existing order?

Product Shop is an online company and its main aim is to provide a first
class service while still keeping
prices down to a minimum. Our call centre is very busy most of the time and
we therefore suggest you use this free online facility to track the progress
of your order. This will avoid the need for you to wait on hold during
office hours for your call to be answered and the possibility of having to
wait on hold while your order progress is checked for you, saving you both
time and money. Please complete the tracking form
below and we will respond as soon as possible, usually no later than the next working day:

If you have placed an order online
the details of your order will be passed directly to our ordering team for
processing, we will not have access to any details until after the ordering
team have dealt with your order (usually the next working day after the date
the order was received) our tracking department will therefore not be able
to answer any specific queries until that time.
Delivery of most items is
usually within 7-15 working days (please allow 10 – 20 working days for
American Refrigeration and Range Cookers). You should receive a call within 7
working days of placing your order from the delivery company to book the
exact date (or within 10-15 working days for American refrigeration and
Range Cookers). If you submit a tracking form within 7 working days of
placing your order it is unlikely we will be able to give any further
information other than confirming receipt of your order and the standard
lead time.
You should already have
received a confirmation email with this information, if you have not seen
such an email please check any filters on your email and make sure the "@HomeProductShop.com"
domain is added to your accepted list. If you still can not locate an email
from us please complete the tracking form and we will confirm your order for
you.
Please ensure that you at least enter the online
order number, or if you have received an invoice the Customer Number from
the top left hand corner of page 1. If you do not have either of these to
hand please provide the post code from your Invoice Address and use the same
email address that you used on your original order.
In the event
that the manufacturer advises a longer lead time than that quoted above we will
contact you to advise you of the delay and discuss your options with you.
